Duration:

6 hand building lessons​
7++ pottery wheel lessons

Flow of the course:
- You will start by learning all 6 hand building techniques in 6 different lessons
- Once 6 lessons are completed, you will progress to the pottery wheel
​
Syllabus:
1st lesson: Pinching
2nd lesson: Pinching and joining to form larger pieces
3rd lesson: Simple coiling
4th lesson: Coiling with designs
5th lesson: Slab method (plates)
6th lesson: Slab method (boxes)
7th lesson onwards: Wheels

For beginners:

For intermediate students:

To note:
Please note that for pottery wheel classes, some students learn faster and some slower, we cannot guarantee that you will master each technique in 1 class alone. It is not a competition but a learning process. We want you to be able to make your own work and be proud of it. Practice and move to the next stage of learning when you are comfortable with where you are.

Hand building:
Saturday: 10am-1pm
Tuesday: 10am-1pm
Thursday: 10am-1pm

Pottery wheel:
Saturday: 2pm-5pm
Sunday: 10am-1pm
Wednesday: 10am-1pm
Friday: 10am-1pm

What is included:
- Unlimited use of clay
​
What is excluded:
- Firing charges are charged at RM35/kg. No charges if you do not fire your work.
Ps: In order to bring your work home, your work has to be fired.

Follow up:
- Please come back in around 3 weeks to glaze your work and in another 3 weeks to collect your work.
Ps: You can also do this in your next class as long as it is within 1 month.

When will you get your final work?
- 1.5 to 2 months after your class
